Duties for this role include:
* To ensure the smooth day to day running of the nursery operation, in line with company and government legislation.
* Managing approximately 15 staff
* Liaising with parents and external agencies
* Continuously evaluating and improving the service
* Staff Training
* Managing staff absence including holidays and sickness, ensuring your nursery always maintains adequate staffing levels.
The successful applicant will:
* Hold SVQ Level 4 or PDA
* Preferably be working towards BA
* Have worked as a Manager in the same or similar setting within the last three years
* Have sound working knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence and be able to implement this framework within the Nursery.
