Description
•To
direct and lead the work of the staff of the Unit •To manage the development
of sound Human Resource Policies and Procedures for the NISR •To ensure the
sound implementation of the NISR Recruitment Strategy; •To manage the design
and implementation of a sound Performance Management System for the NISR. •to
manage and ensure the logistical support to the NISR •To manage the design
and implementation of a Training and Development Program to ensure high
quality professional staff; •To manage all administrative matters of the
NISR; •To prepare the Unit’s Quarterly and Annual Work Program and Budget;
•To prepare the Unit Annual Report; •To report regularly to the Deputy
Director General in charge of corporate

Profile

in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialization in Human
Resource, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with 3 years of
working experience or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management,
Management with Specialization in Human Resource, Public Administration,
Administrative Sciences with 1 year of working experience Key Technical
Skills & Knowledge required: – Knowledge of human resources concepts,
practices, policies, and procedures; – Knowledge of organizational structure,
workflow, and operating procedures; -Knowledge in Monitoring & System
Evaluation; – Leadership and management skills; – Planning and organisational
skills; – High Analytical Skills; – Communication skills; – Time management
Skills – Interviewing Skills; – Judgment & Decision making skills; –
Complex Problem Solving Skills; – Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or
French; knowledge of all is an advantage
