is a Fair Trade Certified (FLO ID 26457) company that works directly with
artisans in Africa. We are based in Toronto and participate in festivals across
Ontario.

We
are currently seeking 1 hardworking individual to join our festival sales team.
Throughout the year we attend multiple festivals and events to sell and promote
our products.

Compensation
is greater than minimum wage and includes performance based rewards.

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:

Maximizing
sales
Transporting
goods and staff to events (drivers’ license required)
Learning
and talking about the ‘who’, ‘what’ and ‘where’ of our products
Handling
cash, visa, and debit transactions
Accounting
for inventory

The
following experience and skills will be advantageous:

Retail
experience selling in a busy and fun environment
A
dynamic and vibrant personality.
To
be able to lift 45 lbs and carry materials and displays
Adaptability–the
individual adapts to changes in the work environment and is able to deal
with change, delays or unexpected events.
