IT sales experience is desirable however we will consider candidates from any background as long as you have the necessary sales experience, drive and determination.
Job Role
• To meet personal sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by generating new business revenue from target accounts.
• To use effective sales techniques to win new business.
• To achieve all KPI and performance targets ( call volumes, talk time, opportunities generated).
• To provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Job Accountabilities
• Generate new client accounts through cold calling.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales.
• Ensure all KPI’s and productivity targets are met on a daily basis.
• To adhere to all business, company and department policies, procedures and processes.
Skills Required
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proactive and confident approach
• Minimum of two years Business to Business sales experience in a new business role.
• Ability to maintain a high level of self motivation and work with minimum supervision.
• Proven ability to overcome objections.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships based on trust and service delivery.
