Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage
the Welfare of Students in the Hall of residence. - Ensure
safe custody of the University’s and Student’s property. - Ensure
maintenance of proper hygiene and sanitation. - Ensure
adherence to student norms and regulations as well as guidelines at the
Halls of residence. - Oversee
the interpersonal relations of the students in the Halls of residence. - Responsible
for counseling students - Ensure a
high level of discipline of students in the halls of residence - Manage
supplies to the Halls of residence.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should possess an Honor’s Bachelor’s degree in Education or
Human Resource Management. - Three or
more years working experience in a related position. - Possess
excellent communication, persuasive and counseling skills. - Excellent
track record of high integrity and morals.
