Field Officer, Peace Education
Dadaab Refugee Camp
Ref: FOPE – DRC
Reporting to the Sector Head, this position is responsible for facilitating peace education, conflict prevention and resolution activities for various community groups in the Camps.
This position involves making recommendations to the Supervisor on issues relating to their area of work. This is a residential non accompanied posting.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences or Education or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience in refugee operations
Other Competencies
• Practical knowledge of conflict management
• Good interpersonal skills
• Skills in report writing and ability to use digital photography
