Interested candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must have a university degree
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a good command of Kinyarwanda, English or French
- Must be available as soon as the candidate receives a notification letter to take the position
Added advantage:
- To have an experience in a public or private organization of human right defence (for those positions don’t require such experience)
- An excellent knowledge of English and French
Interested persons who meet the above criteria should fill an application form that can be downloaded on the website of the Public Service Commission and the National Human Rights Commission. The application form must be accompanied with a photocopy of the mentioned degree, a photocopy of Identity Card and a photocopy of a certificate to prove the experience if required.
