Motorcycles is an iconic Dealership Network operating within the motorcycle
industry both in Victoria and South Australia. Peter Stevens Motorcycles origin
can be tracked as far back as 1972 with a network of over 500 employees and a
large variety of world class motorcycle manufacturer’s. We are looking for the
right candidates to join our team at our flagship super store dealership in
Ringwood.
Due to continued
growth and additional franchise opportunities in the Ringwood Super Store
business we now require two additional full time Motorcycle Sales people to
join our existing and hugely successful team.
We are looking for
dedicated and top performing Motorcycle Sales Consultants to work cohesively
with the Sales
Management team in an established sales team to strive to exceed
targets and provide an exceptional customer experience. The Motorcycle Sales
Consultants role will include but is not limited to confidently talking to
customers about the features and benefits of many of the leading brands of
motorcycles and be able to present and close a sale and be fastidious with all
relevant paperwork. The successful candidate will be extremely driven, able to
follow a regimented sales process and handle all customer related enquiry in a
professional and ethical manner and ensuring all relevant tasks related to the
sales department are carried out.
The Perfect
candidates for this role will have at least 2 years previous experience in a
Automotive Sales role, ideally in a medium sized automotive or motorcycle sales
environment.
Key requirements for

Qualifications
Current
drivers license
Skills
Basic
computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet
Knowledge
and understanding of all aspects of the Road to a Sale
Technical
knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferred
Excellent
Phone manner and communication skills
Be
driven by individual targets yet a team player
Strong
work ethic and great attitude
Be
able to deliver outstanding levels of customer service
Experience
Working
in a multi-franchise environment is desirable
Working
in a high pressure team environment
