Officer in charge of Asset Mgt.
Job Profile
• Ensure effective office management, assessment and organize the required office equipment for staff to effectively execute their duties;
• Maintenance of all the assets in possession of the Ministry
• Work closely with property management team and leasing agents to provide development & oversight of annual business plans;
• Adequately manage the space & facilities for subsequent performance of duties ;
• Develop & distribute periodic asset management reports to the relevant authorities;
• Develop, monitor and controlling, with finance Unit all budget pertaining to the assets;
• Provide daily logistics for effective operation of the Institution;
• Ensure favorable working conditions;
• Do any other duties as assigned by Director of Finance.
Specific Requirements for the Post
• A0 in Business Administration / Business Management / Commerce / Economics or its equivalent;
• Ability to demonstrate administration skills and strategic leadership;
• 2 years of experience
