The Huayu Enrichment Scholarship programme sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Republic of China (Taiwan) provides opportunities for UK nationals to study Mandarin Chinese at language centres at universities in Taiwan for a period of two months, six months or one year. Successful applicants will not only improve their language skills but will also benefit from cross-cultural experiences. The deadline for submitting applications is the 29th February, 2012.
