The Mid Essex Hospitals NHS Trust Charitable Fund is looking to appoint a Fundraising Manager. The post is based at Broomfield Hospital.
We intend to develop an existing charity into new areas, so this is a new role. The successful candidate will be comfortable working on their own initiative. In particular we are looking for someone with novel ideas of fundraising.
We are seeking someone with experience in the charity sector who has a good understanding of how the sector works and a decent track record.
The person who does this job successfully will be able to communicate well both within the trust but, importantly, with people in our community.
There will be some demanding deadlines and objectives but good rewards and great job satisfaction. This is a good opportunity for someone to develop their career.
The role is Band 7 circa £35,000 with an attractive contributory pension scheme and 27 days annual leave per year.
