Organization: Microbrewery/Music Venue
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Hello! We’re opening a new microbrewery/music venue in the Bloordale,
Toronto area and we’re looking for an experienced cook to run our
kitchen. We want to have a small, seasonal menu with 6-8 items that
are relatively healthy, sourced locally (when possible), delicious,
and well paired with beer. We are thinking that the menu would be
predominantly veg
etarian with a few local meat options. You would be
given a lot of creative freedom with menu design. Kitchen would feed
~60 seats.
Other important elements of the job will include ordering, inventory
management, operating within a budget, managing and scheduling kitchen
staff and participating in hiring.
Since we are a new business, we are looking for someone who is
interested in taking on a developmental role and growing with us as
the business evolves.
