Global Strategic Advisor (to be based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:
Your role will be to build a close and effective working relationship with the Chairman. You will report directly to him and assist him recognizing opportunities, looking at current projects and setting priorities. You will take part in outlining a strategy and defining the long-term goals of the Group. You will partner with Management Heads and Senior Officers and communicate at Group Executive Board level.
Requirements:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with an outstanding academic background (international education) who is excited to be a part of a substantial and successful family group. You have a good understanding of family businesses with long histories and a legacy to uphold. You bring an affinity to Asian cultures, have developed a cultural sensitivity and are able to work and operate in this region. You are a generalist with a solid financial and strategic understanding and you have experience in planning for the future. Relevant experience in the distribution or pharmaceutical industry will be a clear advantage. We are looking for somebody with good business acumen, a sense of diplomacy, the capacity to develop strong relationships and the ability to build trust.
