YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational
Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehab Counselling - Relevant registration to your discipline
- At least 6 months’ occ
rehab experience - Strong communication skills (both
verbal and written) - Good relationship-building ability
- Strong problem solving and negotiating
skills - A Driver’s Licence

- Case Management under WorkCover
guidelines - Occupational Rehabilitation
- Pre-employment Assessments
- Return to Work
- Manual Handling
- Ergonomic Assessments
- One-off Assessments
