They need people with a solid Busi
ness Analyst background within
Financial Services, preferably and you must have extensive Data
Analysis experience with Data Migration, Data Handling and how to use
Data in a corporate environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst
producing only the highest quality business requirements. Versatility
and adaptability must be a strong part of your make up. You must have
experience with Data Analysis.
• A history within Financial Services is a desirable.
• Experience in E Commerce/Digital is extremely desirable.
• A good knowledge of CRM systems and processes would also be advantageous.
• Strong Data Analysis capabilities are a must.
The role requires:
• Identification of business requirements
• Ongoing adoption and adaption of analysis tools and methodologies
• Working with operational teams and full understanding of requirements
• Create and execute realistic project plans
• Manage day to day operations of the projects
• Ensure project delivery timescales are met
• Co-ordinate teams to change building, testing and implementation
• Full coaching of Junior Business Analysts
You will ensure that products and services provided to the business
are fit for purpose.
You will also be responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring all
requirements are clearly communicated to all required levels.
