MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd Construction Manager Job Vacancy in Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu (Sabah)

Center, Stadium, Express Way, Bridge, Airdrome, Iron and Steel Making Plant,
Chemical Fertilizer Plant, Cement Plant, Power Station., pulp and paper making
plant, tire factory etc. Now we have projects both in Kota Kinabalu and KL. We
seek suitably qualified, more experience, high caliber, motivated individual to
fill the following position.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil
  engineering, construction management or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in
  site activities, specialized in high-rise building
•  Ability to co-ordinate with
  client/consultant, managing the site staff for efficient running and
  functioning of the site activities
• Knowledge in QLassic, Conquas and
  GBI
• Knowledge in project construction
  planning
• Knowledge in preparation of
  development budgets and cash flow
• Ability to liaison with
  sub-contractor
• Good communication & writing
  skills in mandarin and English
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD,
  Microsoft Office .Primavera Project Planner(P3,P3E) is an added advantage.
• Based in Based in KL or  Kota
