DEPUTY MANAGER – MAYO AND SLIGO – €30,000 – €34’000
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a permanent role based in Galway.

Job Responsibilities
• Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
• Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of assistant manager.
• A proven track record of managing people.
• Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
• Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
• Recruitment and development of staff.
