Kuala Lumpur – Menara Maybank

• Analyze and review new business needs/change request from various business sectors, and work with DW/BI IT Support to identify the enhancement in supporting the business needs.
• Provide support to various Business Sectors on matters related to Data Warehouse, BI and its solution marts.
• Gather data and information requirement and translate them into functional specifications and technical requirement.
• Prepare documents on functional specifications, gap analysis, process workflow, solution/training guides, issue logs and change request or other documents to IT for development.
• Coordinate UAT on enhancement in DW and its solutions marts and implement the change.
• Monitor development of change request, UAT and proper sign off to ensure the implementation/deliverables are completed within timeline.
• Provide support on in-house training programs in relation to DW/BI tools.
• Provide support on ad-hoc information queries.
• Assist to map the overall information landscape within the Bank.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics, computing-related or numerical-oriented disciplines.
• At least 3 years work exposure in functions involving business and operational processes such as reporting, audit, operations and business process and IT in Banking/Financial Services.
• Well versed with software quality i.e. OLAP cubes, RDBMS technologies, Oracle OFSA, Teradata, IBM Banking Data Warehouse.
• Self-starter who is highly committed to achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive disposition and ability to deal effectively with people at various levels in various functions.
