About the
role:
The Head of Primary
is a member of the College
Executive and the College Leadership Team and is directly
responsible to the Principal. He/she is a member of and supported by the
Primary School Executive Team. This team consists of Head of Primary, Head of
Junior Primary, Head of Senior Primary and Head of Learning and Teaching
(Primary).
The Head of Primary
is accountable for the leadership, management and operation of all aspects of
the Primary School. While the Primary School has a separate identity in the
campus, it operates as an inter-dependent entity within the continuum of Prep –
12 teaching and learning at Matthew Flinders Anglican College.
