Duties will involve visiting occupied dwellings across specific territory to perform Measures and order materials for installation teams to convert existing heating systems to gas central heating.
Technical experience in the installation/ upgrade of domestic gas central heating systems is essential, preferably candidates will come from a trades background. The surveyor will be expected to ensure that all necessary materials are identified, ordered and available to installation teams, experience is social housing maintenance will be of benefit. Candidates must be personable, presentable and able to communicate with home dwellers when carrying out surveys.
Candidates must also hold a full UK driving license as travel between sites will be necessary.
This role is an immediate need and suitable candidates could be offered a start within 2 weeks.
Pay Rates will be between £14- £17 p/h DOE on a CIS or Umbrella basis.
