Primary Duties

  experience in hotel management.

• Managing shopping cart, B to C applications
• Web based marketing, Social presence
  management
• Interfacing with agencies for AV content,
  release of such content in web portals. and

• 1-3 years experience

• Ensure quality control of all company output
  as pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of services
• Ensure all department heads are fully informed
  of operational objectives; set operational and / or performance goals for
  each department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term
  goals
• Establish and monitor performance reporting
  systems; monitor department performance against performance goals to
  ensure that progress is being made
• Conduct regular meetings with department heads
  to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good.
• Ensure activities comply with organisational
  requirements for quality management, legal stipulations, and general duty
  of care.

• Support the CEO in defining the overall
  strategy of the company
• Management of day-to-day operations by
  establishing efficient agile processes
• Have logistical and facility operation abilities
• Advise the management team on key planning
  issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation;
  establish operational processes/ process improvement

• Strong ability to energize large teams and
  keep them motivated

• Strong management background and excellent
  project management skills.
• Minimum of 1st degree in a relevant discipline
• MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Proven result in a similar role and familiar
  with fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environments

• Ability to set priorities; lead, plan and
  manage change
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong time management and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of effectively leading
  organizational transformation projects

• Formulating and enforcing policies to make for

• Minimum of 4 years practicing experience
• The candidate must have sound knowledge, Skill

• Education: Minimum BSC/HND in Business
  Admin./Marketing/ Related fields
• Minimum 3 years working Experience (At least 1
  year in Hair and Cosmetics industry is desirable).
• Minimum of 1 year retail market experience
• Proven track record of achievement.
• A goal getter and people oriented
  professional.
• Must be computer literate with sound knowledge
  of Excel applications
• Analytical awareness.
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail
• Must be physically and mentally mobile
