We are seeking to
appoint a Research
Midwife to support the implementation of all CMNH research in Malawi.

The successful
candidate will hold a University Degree (or equivalent) in Midwifery or related
health discipline from
a recognised University and have relevant work
experience in MNH at a national level. Clinical experience is essential, as is
experience of Quality Improvement of MNH services.

The ability to communicate
and build effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels
from diverse cultures is a pre-requisite of the role as you will be required to
work collaboratively with Government and other partners at a local level. We
require a team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines on a
results-orientated basis. Effective, ethical and cultural competent
interpersonal skills are a key requirement and you will have a proven aptitude
for effective and credible verbal and written communication.
