• Documentation and Research
• Attending and monitoring of local court cases
• Briefing Seniors and assisting seniors in their assignments
• Exposure to enactments and court procedures
• Exposure to Land Laws
• Perform day to day internal compliance function and discharge the duties in the compliance department
• Legal function in the company
• To perform legal functionalities in the organization with good communication skills.
• Drafting of agreements in consultation with lawyers
• Provide general guidance on legal matters to various departments
