The existing Partner operates a successful practice that is 80%
corporate law and listings Rules balanced with the remainder in unregulated
Mergers and Acquisitions. There is a strong network of company secretaries
extending to the Eastern Sea Board and the APAC region. Between 40 and 50% of
the current Corporate pipeline is generated out of Asia. This creates a
well-balanced network to leverage off. There will be a distinct expectation to
drive you own business mode

This role will suit someone that is primed to realise their Partnership aspiration
ad would like to arrive their faster then what they currently have an offer
where they are.
Criteria:
- Minimum 8 years Post admission experience
- Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
- Strong Client Network, initial fees to begin
would be advantageous - Team Leadership Strengths
