Candidates will have a proven track record of commercial sales, highly
developed technical/solutions sales experience and strong distribution
management capabilities.
You will be working closely with other key departments internally as well as
dealing with customers, suppliers and partners externally so the ability to
maintain and grow these relationships is essential.
Successful candidates will have strong negotiation skills, along with
commercial pricing and logistics experience on a State or National level.
We are looking for people who can sell across a number of channels, whilst also
providing commercial and technical support to customers and the company.
Candidates must be versatile, have excellent time management, leadership skills
and be able to hit the ground running.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 4yrs commercial experience within the food industry
• Strong commercial technical sales and leadership skills
• Ingredient and processing knowledge (Meat, Dairy, Cereals, Beverage, Savoury)
• Project Management experience
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to learn on the go
• Solution selling and negotiation skills
• Timely and accurate reporting
• Develop existing accounts
• Introduce new, lucrative customer accounts
