• Bachelor’s Degree in Education
• 1 year experience in a similar position
• Excellent computer skills
• Conversant with Rwanda Education system
3. IT professional (1)
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or Computer Science
• 1 year experience in a similar position
4. Assistant librarians (4)
• Diploma A1 in library and information Science
• Very good computer skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• 1 year experience in a similar position
5. Civil Engineer (1)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Three years experience in a similar position
• Competence in computer packages for designing construction projects
6. Security Officer (2)
• At least A2 certificate or equivalent
• Having served in security service is an essential requirement
• 3 years experience in security service
• Ability to work hard under minimum supervision
