1.PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS – 2 Positions
KEMTEK PTY LTD and its subsidiaries in Francistown are
looking for 2 qualified Production Assistants. Kemtek is the leading Cosmetic
and Aerosol manufacturer in Botswana.
1.1.Job Requirements
•GCE O’Level Certificate
•Must be comfortable working with MS Office
•Experience in Processing and Packaging industries
•Should be able to work independently with minimal
supervision
•Optimization of production lines
•Good communication skills
•Candidates who have successfully completed an
electrician tradesman course will have an advantage
1.2.Job Summary
•Coordinate with the Production Manager and
employees in all respects for the production of Skincare, Haircare, Perfumes
and Aerosol Products.
•Perform monthly and annual stock takes of raw
material and packaging.
•Supervision and allocation of duties to employees
from processing to production
•Servicing and setting ink jet coders
•Assisting with machine changeovers and startups
•Carry out basic electrical and electronic work
•Liaison with operating staff in order to
continuously improve manufacturing processes and procedures such that new SOP’s
can be developed
•Assist with incident investigations as and when necessary
