1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To carry on the duties of a panel beater and to perform
such duties as to the required standards and expectations. Reporting to the
supervisor and workshop manager.
1.2.Key Competencies
•Be able to use panel beating welding machinery ie spot
welding , chassis bench
•Planning and organizing
•Attention to detail
•Customer service
•Assertiveness
•Ability to work under no supervision
•Problem solving skills
•Be able to manufacture/mold sheet metal and create
new body panels as of original of such vehicles which are not in the market
1.3.Qualifications and Experience
•National Trade Certificate or any other related
qualification
•5 years experience in the field of panel beating
1.4.Remuneration package
•Successful candidate will be paid according to
their experience and educational level
