The Kaizen Company is seeking high-caliber Human and Institutional Capacity Development and government capacity building experts with experience in Rwanda or relevant regional experience to join our dedicated team of development professionals for ongoing and future public sector institutional capacity building projects.
In these positions, successful candidates will learn Kaizen’s innovative approaches to management consulting, government reform, organizational development and knowledge management for development.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in management, private and/or public sector institutional capacity building, training, or other relevant fields (process improvement, strategic management, change management, human capital management, communication, government performance).
• Demonstrated experience working with justice sector institutions in Africa, especially in Rwanda.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• English and French fluency.
• 5-10+ years of applicable management experience.
