Junior / Intermediate Architect
Successful candidates will:
* possess at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with 5-10 years working experience
* have experience in leading design development and construction document production
* have experience in various building types such as educational, multi-unit residential, and commercial
* have a strong working knowledge of building codes and their application
* have strong graphic and written communication skills; and experience in dealing with Authorities Having Jurisdiction
* have experience managing and coordinating the work of consulting professionals
* have experience in the practical application of LEED (Leadership in Energy Environmental Design) design guidelines and/or be a LEED AP
* have a strong working knowledge of AUTOCAD (proficiency in other drafting/graphic applications such as Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop is an asset)
