and gorgeous little boy named Tyler Shields in the Dubbo region.

The role will be working as a
Junior therapist on his him home based ABA program. It will include carrying
out teaching practices based on the principles and teaching techniques of
Applied Be-haviour Analysis (ABA), in an intensive 1:1 setting.

As an ABA therapist you will
need to work in a team environment, be open to ongoing training and able to
receive and take on constructive feedback given to you by the supervisor as
well as work well independently too.

Applicants should be able to
build rapport with the students, have excellent communication skill as well as
enjoy working with children. Previous experience working with families with
children with special needs and knowledge of ABA is preferred but not essential
as training can be provided if the applicant is highly motivated and passionate
to do well in this job.

role would be a great opportunity to gain experience in the field, as well as
