Our client is a specialist owner and operator of
retail assets concentrated in & around NSW. As a result of corporate
restructure within their division, they currently require the services of a
Senior Leasing Executive to drive the performance of their assets, ensuring
continuing success of their business.

Reporting to the Head of Leasin

g, you will have
exposure to multi site retail operations and tenancy mix development, rental
feasibilities and demographic research assessments. You will negotiate with
retailers, appoint & instruct leasing professionals to achieve both
individual & company goals. The review and evaluation of leasing policies
& procedures, & the implementation of annual leasing strategies, will
be critical to your role.

Your passion and knowledge of Australia’s retail
environment will allow you to establish effective strategic relationships with
both tenants and external consultants alike.

To succeed in this role you will have a proven
track record in retail leasing coupled with a recognised tertiary
qualification. You will display leadership qualities, brilliant communication
skills and a true desire to make a positive contribution.
