Our client is an IT Leader, are looking for IT Project Managers in Application or Infrastructure or Application and Infrastructure.
Responsibilities – Project Manager (Strategic Innovation, Emerging Communication)
• Implement the network test and measurement system on schedule and within budget
• Administer the deployment of the network test and measurement system; including test clients and servers
• Monitor and ensure the smooth-running of the network test and measurement system
• Manage the vendors to ensure service level agreement are met
• Provide analysis on the network test results and anomalies
• Provide analysis report on the health status of broadband networks under test to management
• Recommend improvement to the test methodologies
• Conduct technical trials relating to broadband networks
Prerequisites – Project Manager (Strategic Innovation, Emerging Communication)
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Data Communications, including both fixed and mobile broadband access technologies
• Knowledge in Statistical Analysis
• Knowledge in Database Processing (MS-SQL)
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Experience in Network Test and Measurement
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Responsibilities – Project Manager (Application)
• Manage the maintenance or development / implementation of IT system
• Overseeing IT contractors in the entire development / implementation of new IT systems or enhancements of existing systems, including problem resolution
• Project manage the progress, risks, user expectations and all matters related to the IT system (including the procurement of services / equipment needed for new IT systems)
• Conduct requirement study with users and propose IT solutions
• Support users in problems that they encounter in the IT system or in addressing user queries
Prerequisites – Project Manager (Application)
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the development and implementation of IT systems, with at least 2 years in project management
• Experience in Java Technology / MS ASP / .Net or MS Sharepoint projects would be an added advantage
• Work experience with or within the public sector is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Independent, proactive and with resourceful work attitude and also a good team player

Responsibilities – Project Manager (Infrastructure)
• Involve in the design, management and enhancement of the corporate ICT infrastructure.
• Lead a small project or assist the Project Manager of a medium to large project, to conceptualise, develop and execute the project plan
• Responsible for the client computing, messaging, networking and server aspect of the projects from initiation to implementation
• Study business and application specific requirements, review organisational ICT infrastructure as well as design and implement the ICT architecture to meet current and future requirements
• Manage IT service provider/s and ICT contract to ensure the designated vendor meets contractual obligations, leading to successful delivery of the project
• Conduct ICT strategic review, identifying and exploiting suitable technologies, strategies and solutions to meet organization needs.
• Develop solutions / architectures based on technology trends and standards, to exploit new and emerging technologies and products to meet present and future business needs
• Manage the customer’s expectations, develop and actively engage customers so as to enhance customer intimacy and influence their alignment with the requirements, and to achieve customer satisfaction
Prerequisites – Project Manager (Infrastructure)
• Degree in Computer / Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
• 5 – 6 years of relevant IT experience in designing and deploying enterprise level network and systems infrastructure (Experience in network security and / or development of IT Technical Architecture plans will be an added advantage)
• Strong Project, Vendor and Contract Management skills
• Good knowledge of servers, network, IT security, desktop and ICT operations to effectively manage IT service providers
• Experience in designing and managing enterprise infrastructure for application hosting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible self-starter with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities

Responsibilities – Regional Project Manager (Application & Infrastructure)
• Lead a team of 2.
• Ensure timelines are met and scope is in accordance to regional priorities.
• Manage stakeholders requirements’ according to resource capacity, budget and regional constraints.
• Manage the department’s reporting structure to ensure accurate and timely tracking of projects.
• Arbitrate and recommend solutions to business users in accordance to requirements.
• Work closely with IT department for technology upgrade projects and local project management offices in UAT and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and all relevant statutory guidelines as well as the group policies.
Prerequisites – Regional Project Manager (Application & Infrastructure)
• Degree in Computer / Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance industry with regional exposure.
• Experienced in managing a team is a must. Leadership qualities with excellent people management skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to influence senior management.
• Ability to influence a productive project culture for high levels of collaboration and engagement across the region.
• Knowledge in AS400 is an added advantage.
• Able to travel in the region
