Job description:
• Sourcing candidates by posting of advertisements online via Jobscentral, Jobsdb etc.
• Short listing candidates through their resumes
• Arranging & conducting of interviews
• Qualify each candidates and rate them in terms of suitability for jobs
• Prospecting right candidates for various job positions
• Preparing of resumes for candidates
• Liaising with Human Resource Department from Banks & Financial Institutions for interviews appointments, contract details etc.
• Liaised with both clients and candidates with regards to pay package
• Administering of contracts with candidates on behalf of clients
• Providing of career consultations to candidates
Requirements:
• Fresh Degree/Diploma holders
• Good communication skills and able to work well with people
• Enjoy working in a youthful and challenging environment
