Job Description
We seek an entrepreneurial and dynamic sales professional to spearhead and manage the company sale’s operation. The City Manager will lead a team of talented and driven sales people to build partnerships with local merchants in Singapore. This position is all about building a market by identifying and calling on the best local businesses that make that city unique, and negotiating unbeatable offers on behalf of Groupon’s subscribers. This individual will develop sales strategies, effectively communicate it to the team and, successfully translate them into revenue
The Successful Applicant
MBA qualified and/or experience from the consulting sector highly desirable
Possess a track record of closing and delivering complex deals with web-based businesses, face to face and phone based
Diligent to stay with an account and deliver on the opportunity, providing reporting and modeling as needed
Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with external customers.
Ability to inspire, train, and develop sales people for promotion.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication and presentation skills
