PAUL-B NIGERIA PLC was conceived way back in late 1980′s when it was obvious that our indigenous contracting firms failed in every material sense to meet the ambition of government, corporate and indeed individual goals with the myriad of failed and poorly executed projects doting our landscapes. The financial provision by ways of advance payment was equally abused to the extent that any foreign company will be preferred to our indigenous establishment at any given time.
It was a common phenomenon, therefore to ridicule our technical experts who not only perform excellently well under expatriate supervision but will show lack of finesse when challenged to deliver under indigenous spheres.
We require the service of the following:
1.CIVIL ENGINEERS
QUALIFICATION:
Bsc, Or HND in Civil/ Building Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years working experience all in the construction industry
2.PROJECT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION:
Bsc, or Hnd in civil/ building engineering plus professional certification compulsory
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in the construction industry
3.SITE SUPERVISORS
QUALIFICATION:
HND or OND in Building Technology
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years working experience all in the construction industry
4.QUANTITY SURVEYORS
QUALIFICATION:
Bsc, HND in Quantity Surveyor
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years working experience all in the construction industry. Must be versatile in construction and engineering work.
5.STORE SUPERVISORS
QUALIFICATION:
OND in Civil Engineering / Building Technology
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the construction industry.
6.ACCOUNTANTS
QUALIFICATION:
Bsc, Or HND in Accountant
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in a construction company. Abuja Residents preferable. Knowledge of at least 2 financial applications required.
