Azumah Resources Limited 100% owns 3,100km2 licenses hosting over 150km of prospective Birimian greenstone belt in the vicinity of Wa in Ghana’s Upper West region. Current Resources sit at 1.1Moz with great potential to grow. Azumah is currently undertaking a Feasibility Study for the development of a 1.0 million tonnes per annum gravity – CIL gold recovery operation producing an initial 70,000 ounces of gold per annum.

Azumah Resources Limited Recruits Senior Exploration Geologist

Job Description
This role will be responsible for the supervision and management of exploration activities at the Company’s Wa Gold Project. Duties will include:
Planning exploration programmes
Interpreting exploration results
Supervision of project team members and contractors
Supervision of drilling rigs
Geological mapping
Training geologists and field technicians
Liaise with local authorities, chiefs and villagers

Required Skills or Experience
The ideal candidate for this role should have a BSc degree in Geology and a minimum of seven (7) years experience in Birimian hosted gold mineralisation
