Job Description
The Position:
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Grow business in the country according to approved plans, budget and country priorities
Put action plans together for target achievement in conjunction with the Med Reps
Drive high performance culture & adhere to corporate policies as well as compliance with local laws
Ensure expenses are within limits of expense budgets
Train, coach, mentor, develop staff and create a stimulating and motivating work place
Conduct business analysis of designated region and submit sales reports & quarterly review to the GM
Organise Sales Meetings & Cycle Meetings & identify key accounts & build relationships with customers
Provide leadership & personal involvement to maximise “market access” for strategic products
Required Skills or Experience
The successful candidate should be in possession of:
Pharmacy Degree or Equivalent
5 years Sales experience, and 3 years pharmaceutical background
3-5 years line management experience
