Parkhouse Bell is currently recruiting for a Job Coach/Employment Consultant for our client in the Outer West Sydney area. Our client provides various services to support individuals who are unemployed or long term unemployed. One of the key services they offer to clients is an employment services program that supports individuals to obtain employment and/or further training opportunities in the local community.
Successful applicants will:
• Inspire and motivate other people
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be results and target drive and have proven experience working towards KPIs
• Remain professional in all interactions with internal and external clients
• Be proactive in creating and building relationships with local employers and businesses
• Have experience working with and knowledge of barriers facing people who are long term unemployed
• Have experience working with a JSA or Job Network provider
• Ideally have experience in the Employment Services, Welfare to Work, Community Services,
Training or Recruitment sectors
