he successful delivery of their past projects.
Position Description
This position will involve the Senior Mechanical Engineer to take a leadership
role within the company to successfully facilitate and coordinate the delivery
of existing projects. There will also be the strong support of the Office
Manager and Commercial Director to go out, market the company and further
strengthen their project pipeline. Overview and involvement in the mechanical
design and documentation will also be required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical
design and documentation in Mechanical Engineering - Liaising
with relevant business stakeholders - Overviews
of mechanical designs and documentation - Regular
site inspections to ensure that progress is maintained - Training
and development of Junior Engineers and drafters - Involvement
in business & financial management
Skills & Experience
The candidate my client is ideally seeking is one with a proven history of
delivering medium to large projects within the commercial and residential
sectors. Previous exposure to a leadership role will be beneficial as this role
will be moving into an Associate level position based on positive performance.
An individual with strong commercial skills and a drive to bring in business
will be seen favourably.
