Reporting
to the PHIA Project Director, the Procurement and Logistics Manager
is responsible for the tactical coordinating of procurement and logistics of
survey and mainly laboratory goods for the Tanzania PHIA. The P&L Officer
will ensure team adherence to national and international purchasing policies,
procedures and practices, and will provide procurement and logistical support
to the Tanzania PHIA project. The P&L Officer will be ultimately responsible
for the importation, custom clearance and distribution countrywide of all
supplies. Together with other implementing partners, will collaborate for the
deployment of vehicles, staff allocation, travels, communications and temporary
living and office space for surveying teams when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
