Insurance Regulatory Authority Secretary Job Vacancy in Uganda

The Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda mandated to regulate all the insurance businesses in Uganda has recently rebranded and would like to strengthen its regulatory objective by bringing aboard energetic, skilled and hardworking Ugandans to fill the following posts. All the posts will be on a five year renewable contract, subject to good performance.

Job Title: Secretary (2)
Reports to: HR/Administration Officer

Purpose of the job:
To do office management, take dictation and type documents as required.

Major Duties:
• Carries out office administration.
• Takes dictation.
• Types documents, Performs public relations work in the office and makes appointments for the boss
• Maintains an efficient document and filing system through indexing, referencing.
• Carries out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement:

Person specifications:
1. At least a degree in Secretarial Studies.
2. At least two years work experience in a similar position in reputable organisation.
3. Pleasant personality
