The structure questionnaire was divided into two sections (which is section A
and B). Section A contained the personal data of the respondents while section
B contained questions that elicited response from respondents. The items in the
questionnaire were in the Likert Scale format of Agree (A), Strongly Agree
(SA), Disagree (D) and Strongly Disagree (SD).
