Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) is seeking a high calibre and motivated
professional person with experience in the banking or finance sector to manage
a team responsible for home loan collections and associated activities. The
team also has an ongoing quality assurance activity in respect of IBA’s home
loan portfolio.
This Senior Management position involves:
• Providing strategic management of IBA’s home loan credit management and
quality assurance activities
• Achieving high quality, client focused outcomes; and
• Implementing continual process and program improvement and responding to
operational challenges as the operating environment evolves.

IBA is a corporate Commonwealth entity established to engage in commercial
activities while furthering the economic and commercial interests of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The Indigenous Home Ownership program
provides a range of affordable home loan products to eligible home buyers. The
program currently has a portfolio of over 4,400 loans with a value in excess of
$900 million.

The commencing salary will be negotiated within the above range depending on
the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
