Job description:
An exciting new opportunity with a leading multinational IT company, my client is currently recruiting for an exceptional candidate to join their EMEA Recruitment Team.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recruiting for all the requirements of the Sales division. This role is suited to a candidate who can work on your own initiative, is goal driven and is passionate about the entire recruitment process.
The role will involve working closely with the sales management team to determine hiring needs.
Review and understand job requirements. Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods – keeping up to date with new technologies and sourcing techniques. Selling and marketing the company to prospective candidates.
Experience and skills required
• Extensive experience of recruiting within EMEA – essential
• Experience of IT sales recruitment within a multinational organisation – preferable
• Comprehensive knowledge in Social Media and recruitment tools
• Ability to work with application systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capability to collaborate with sales team both locally and in EMEA
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding interviewing skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Extremely result and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
