Engineering or its equivalent, Applicants must not be more than 27 years of
age, Demonstrable self-motivation and leadership attributes
Incumbent will be expected to get
exposed to the Engineering and Production side of the Sugar Industry and will
undergo an extensive 3 yr Mentorship programme under the supervision of a
mentor, The Trai
nee’s progress will be monitored and reviewed regularly in
order to enhance the learning, Should the trainee attain the required
proficiency level before expiry of the prescribed 3 yrs, he/she may be offered
a permanent position
