About
the Role
Due
to internal movement, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Talent
Acquisition function as a Team Leader on a 6 month fixed term contract. The
main purpose of this position is to manage, innovate and drive continuous
improvement in hiring across IAG whilst partnering with key internal
stakeholders, driving the EVP and leading a team of established Talent
Acquisition Consultants.
Responsibilities
  • Lead
    a team of Recruiters to develop a highly engaged and high performing
    outcome focused team
  • Coaching
    the team for the development of critical capabilities to meet current and
    future demand and ensure team members remain abreast of new and emerging
    technologies within the marketplace
  • Manage
    workflow and resources in line with budget, making sure agreed SLA’s are
    met and ensure effective collaboration with other People and Culture teams
    to meet business demand
  • Coach
    Hiring Leaders in the utilisation of appropriate selection and assessment
    tools
  • Develop
    an in-depth understanding of business unit structures, operating models
    and positions to ensure targeted and relevant recruitment and selection
    approaches
  • Hands
    on specialist recruitment within designated portfolio
  • Develop
    and manage Recruitment candidate attractions strategies and utilise Linked
    In recruiter and social media recruitment tools in conjunction with the
    Brand and Attraction Specialist
  • Manage
    team metrics and reporting
  • Strong
    stakeholder engagement to proactively elevate relationships to Trusted
    Advisor status
 Skills
& Experience
  • Internal
    recruitment experience (mandatory
    requirement)
  • Degree
    level qualifications in either HR or related discipline
  • Demonstrated
    leadership capability, experience in managing teams and of driving results
    in a high volume, ever changing and fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated
    coaching experience with evidence of individual and team capability uplift
  • Demonstrated
    experience in the management and alignment of workforce plans with
    business needs and available resourcing
  • Demonstrated
    ability to manage internal and external relationships to deliver
    outstanding results in-line with business drivers
  • Highly
    developed consultancy skills and business acumen
  • Ability
    to innovate and think outside of the box
