As a National Not for Profit organisation, we are proud to say we have helped
match over 1700 participants with employers in the past year. This number is
continuously growing so we are looking for a motivational Site Manager to join
the Disability Services Team based in South Brisbane. You will be responsible
for the Stones Corner, Mount Gravatt and Capaballabah areas and you will report
to the State Manager.

This role will see you managing operational aspects and resources of our area
to ensure targets and budgets are met. You will also be assisting with our
marketing campaigns and coming up with new concepts and business strategies.

You will be the first port of call for our staff, who will look to you for
leadership, advice and knowledge. You will be an exceptional individual who can
motivate, inspire and lead whilst balancing this with empathy and understanding
to support those with emotional challenges.

To make a success of this role you will have demonstrated previous ability in
improving performance at a site level with a minimum of two years experience
within the Employment Services field. You will also have a sound competency in
government systems such as ESS.
