professionals: Human Resource Manager: Qualification & Experience:
1. Minimum degree in
HR (MBA or MSc in HR preferred) from an well known institute.
2. Minimum 3 years
of work experience in Human Resource.
3. Experience in
managing Performance Management System & M&E process is an added
advantage.
4. Candidate should
be able to handle recruitment, payroll, appraisals and grievance. Should have
good interpersonal skills and should be able to implement human resource
policies and procedures within the organisation. Must have MS office
proficiency
