Title: Head of Delivery
Area: Dar Es Salaam
Position Description:
Ensuring that the contracted promises that we make to our clients are delivered
on-time
Manage our delivery team to performance management goals
Ensure our service delivery is managed in-line with our business plan goals
Maintain and develop rigorous reporting systems and culture within the team and
to the Executive
That our operations areas efficient as possible and that service delivery has
operational processes, systems and procedures in place
That each team member is clear about their role and responsibilities and that
teams understand the company’s objectives
That delivery processes are in place for each of the relevant service line
activities
To manage and provide leadership of the delivery team
To ensure that the team have the necessary skills to perform their job
effectively
To deliver to performance goals for delivery staff
Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as
needed.
Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
